Pastor Michael served as Youth Leader at New Life from 2004-2010. In 2007, he was hired on full-time and then ordained and called to the Associate Pastor position in March of 2010. He has been married to his wife Sheila for 20 years. They have 3 children: Matthew, Angelo, and Mira. In May of 2010, Michael felt called to move to Arizona. God opened the door for him to pastor at a children’s home there. In June of 2016 God called him back to Ohio – and to New Life!

Pastor Larry was ordained in 1977. He pastored churches in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and New Bedford, Massachusetts before founding a church in Youngstown in 1980. Beside his pastoral duties, he also established and administered a Christian elementary school for nine years. He started a bus ministry and weekly bussed in 200 children from the inner city for Sunday School. He also hosted a daily call-in radio program where people called in with Bible questions, counselling needs and prayer requests. He made many trips overseas to speak at missionary conferences. He was a chaplain for the Youngstown Police Department for several years. For a short period of time, he went into the Mahoning County Jail every Sunday to speak to two groups of inmates. At New Life, he teaches the weekly Men’s Sunday School class, a bi-weekly Bible Study and leads the door-to-door evangelism program.
